Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Digital Personal Loan team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through B2B2C sales of our private sector loan products, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and experience in a lending company or financial institution.
Job Details
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business growth targets, with a focus on B2B2C sales of private sector loan products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis, with a focus on key industries and sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including business owners, CEOs, and finance directors
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations to promote our loan products and services, with a focus on highlighting the benefits and value proposition
- Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience and drive business growth
- Continuously monitor and report on sales performance and market trends, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and optimizing sales strategies
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a lending company or financial institution
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and lending products
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a lending company or financial institution, with a focus on B2B2C sales
- Knowledge of the private sector loan market and competitive landscape
- Experience with sales strategy development and execution
