Job Summary
Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while meeting high-quality standards. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will report to the Head of Enterprise Projects and work closely with other department leaders to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.

Project Management
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including task assignments and tracking project milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks and issues and implement contingency plans as necessary.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
- Monitor project expenditures and adjust project plans as necessary to stay within budget.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and performance.
- Prepare and deliver project progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure high team performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns.
Requirements
Education/Professional Qualification/Experience:
- B.Sc. degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant postgraduate/master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of overseeing project initiatives.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
