Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead, Business Analytics to join the Digital Transformation team at Credit Direct. This role is central to leveraging data to optimize business performance, improve customer experiences, and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will have expertise in advanced data visualization using tools like Power BI and Tableau, as well as a strong capability to collaborate with the Data Science team to extract meaningful insights. The role also focuses on integrating data-driven strategies into our digital transformation journey, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Job Details

Advanced Data Visualization and Reporting: 

• Design and develop advanced dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools to present actionable insights. Create interactive reports that highlight trends, performance metrics, and strategic opportunities.
• Ensure visualizations are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business requirements.

Collaboration with Data Science Team: 

• Work closely with the Data Science team to integrate predictive models, machine learning insights, and advanced analytics into decision-making.
• Translate complex data outputs into clear, business-relevant insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate on exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.

Strategic Analytics Leadership: 

• Act as a data-driven advisor to senior leadership, using analytics to guide strategic decision-making. Align business analytics initiatives with organizational goals to support the automation of finance, people management, and customer experience processes.

Data Integration and Convergence: 

• Oversee the integration and convergence of data from multiple systems, including CRM, ERP, and digital platforms. Implement data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all analytics processes.

Performance Monitoring and Insights: 

• Build robust reporting frameworks to monitor key performance indicators for digital channels, marketing campaigns, and customer lifecycles.

Process Improvement and Automation:

• Identify opportunities to automate analytics workflows and reporting processes. Use tools like Python or R to enhance analytics capabilities and streamline data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools (added advantage).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data visualization, or related roles.
• Proven track record of using analytics to drive business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills: 

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools for creating complex, interactive dashboards. 
• Strong SQL skills for querying and extracting data from databases.
• Familiarity with data warehouse systems like BigQuery or Snowflake.

Soft Skills: 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. 
• Ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
